Set up your account, follow these steps:
Sign-Up
To get started, register for a GetYourGuide partner account. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a link that will take you to the GetYourGuide partner center where you can sign in.
In the header, you'll see different types of partnerships displayed.
Here are the following three steps:
- Enter email and password
- Choose which partner type you are (Partner selection: choose your partner type)
- Provide your name and select your preferred currency
Ensure accuracy as these details cannot be modified independently later on.
Once you've completed the form, check your email for an activation link sent to the provided email address (also check your spam folder). Click on the link to activate your account and log in to the partner portal using your chosen credentials.
Log in
Before logging in, please ensure you're accessing the correct account type:
- Partner Account: Manage your account details, reports and payments. Access your partner account by visiting GetYourGuide Partner Dashboard and ensure "partner" is in the URL. Then, enter your email and password.
- Customer Account: Be aware that accessing your account without "partner" in the URL means you're on the customer page. Bookings made here won't generate commissions as it's not connected to your partner account. Please be cautious to avoid confusion.
Account details
Next, it's important to complete your account setup by adding all your personal and payment details accurately.
- Enter all necessary personal details accurately in your account section:
- Provide complete payment information in your payment details section, to ensure timely payments for your commissions.

Users & notifications
Explore additional options for managing your account effectively, such as adding users and handling notifications.

Payment model
Understanding how you'll earn with us is simple. For detailed information and more, refer to Payment 101: threshold, payment details, commission invoice and reports. Here's a short summary:
- Base commission: We start you off with a competitive base commission of 8% on each booking made directly through our integrations, in-portal engine, or partner link.
- Payment cycle: We process payments on the 5th of each month.
- Payment processing: Payments are made after bookings are completed. To review your invoices, navigate to the Payment section of the Partner Portal.
- Bank transfer threshold: For bank transfers, we require a minimum threshold of $50 USD.
Analytics
Discover insights into your performance, earnings, and product trends with our suite of analytics and reports, available in your partner portal's Analytics tab.
