You're informed about a password problem, typically falling into one of three categories:

  • Password did not contain all requirements
  • Password is similar to your email address
  • Passwords do not match

Here are common password-related issues and solutions:

    1. Password did not contain all requirements, notification: “Enter a strong password”

    2. Password is similar to your email address, notification: “Your password must not be similar to your email address.” Please select a password that does not resemble your email address, such as using your name, company name, or blog name.

3.  Passwords do not match, notification: “Check that your passwords match.” The password you entered to confirm does not match. Please ensure you insert the identical password.
