Edit account 101: password, user, notification, login details

Whether it's your personal details, company information, or login credentials, our Partner Portal provides a user-friendly interface for you to make these changes hassle-free. Explore the sections below for quick access:

  1. Navigate to the "Your Account" section.
  2. Update your general information and/or personal or company data.

  1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select "Users" from the menu.
  3. Change existing login credentials or passwords.

  1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select "Users" from the menu.
  3. Add new users by clicking "Invite a user."
  4. Invited users will receive an email to set and confirm passwords.
  5. Edit existing user credentials as needed.
  6. For user deletion, please contact us.

It's crucial to note that all users, by default, have the same access level and can view all information, including payments. Ensure that you trust and grant access only to individuals who need such comprehensive visibility.

  1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner after logging in.
  2. Select "Notifications" from the menu.
  3. Edit or delete existing notification types and assign specific email addresses. Here's a quick rundown of our notification types:
    • Accounting: Get your commission receipt once we've paid.
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly statistics: Stay in the loop with visitor, booking, and conversion rate updates.
    • Booking Notifications: Receive alerts when a booking is made.
    • Technical Updates: Stay informed about tech changes.
  4. Add new notifications by clicking "Add notification," choosing a type, and assigning an email address.

Additionally, if you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter or marketing offers, simply untoggle "Receive partner newsletter."
