Check the correct login portal
Before logging in, please ensure you're accessing the correct account type:
- Partner account: Manage your account details, reports and payments. Access your partner account by visiting GetYourGuide Partner Dashboard and ensure "partner" is in the URL. Then, enter your email and password.
- Customer account: Be aware that accessing your account without "partner" in the URL means you're on the customer page. Bookings made here won't generate commissions as it's not connected to your partner account. Please be cautious to avoid confusion.
- Supplier account: If you intend to sell your own tours or products on our website, please sign up for a supplier/activity provider account. To do this, log in via the supplier portal. supplier portal
Account setup confirmation
Make sure your account is fully set up. If this is your first time logging in, you'll need to activate your account using the link sent in the welcome email titled, "Activate your GetYourGuide Partner Program account now." This step is crucial for accessing your account.
Verify credentials
- Correct credentials: Double-check that you're entering the right login credentials (email and password).
- Password issues: If you’ve forgotten your password, refer to our guide on how to reset your password.
- Email address: Make sure you're using the email address linked to your login (users), not one associated with notifications settings which may differ. This is especially important if multiple emails are linked to your account.
Error message
If you see the error message "Rate limit exceeded," it means there have been too many login attempts. Please wait at least one hour before trying again.
