Where is my booking confirmation email?
When you book and pay on behalf of your clients, the customer booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered during the booking process.
- Booking information and details will not be available in your partner portal.
- Email includes the customer voucher and proof of payment.
Please see the following steps on how to locate the booking confirmation email:

Check the correct inbox:
- Ensure you’re checking the correct email address
- be sure to check your spam folder
- Email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout

Finding old bookings:
- search your inbox or spam folder for the subject line "Your booking is confirmed - GYG."

Do I receive a partner booking notification email?
Yes - In addition to the customer booking confirmation, you may also receive a separate email titled "New booking on GetYourGuide" if you’ve enabled booking notifications.
This email serves as a confirmation that a new booking has been made through your partner account and includes the most relevant booking details including the booking voucher.
If you cannot locate your booking confirmation please contact our customer care team.
