Sending GetYourGuide offers via paxconnect

As a travel advisor who is registered with paxconnect, you can now send GetYourGuide offers to your customers via the paxlounge.

Get started: link your paxconnect and GetYourGuide account

Step 1: Log into the partner portal

Step 2: Click on “Your Account”. 

Step 3: Note down your Affiliate partner ID.

Step 4: Select “Users & Login” and click on "Create Application Token".

Step 5: Copy the token to your clipboard.

Step 6: Open the paxlounge application

Step 7: Go to settings and add your noted affiliate partner ID and paste the newly created access token. Watch this **video** for a more detailed guide.

Step 8: Click on the GetYourGuide logo in the paxlounge to start booking (no need to fill in your password anymore).

How do I send GetYourGuide offers via the paxlounge?

Step 1: Open the paxlounge application.

Step 2: Click on the GetYourGuide logo in the right hand column.

Step 3: A new window with the GetYourGuide partner portal will open.

Step 4: Search for the perfect tour for your client by entering a point of interest or destination into the search bar or use the filters to find the right tour.

Step 5: Once you have found the right tour, fill in all relevant information (number of participants, date, etc.) and click on “Send to paxconnect”.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the paxlounge and can add the selected tour to your customer offer as usual.

Step 7: Send the offer to your customer. 

How do I book GetYourGuide tours via the paxlounge?

Step 1: Once your customer has decided to book the tour, go into the paxlounge, open the customers offer, and click on GetYourGuide button.


Step 2: You will now be redirected back to the selected tours in the GetYourGuide partner portal.

Step 3: Click on “Add to cart” and follow the booking flow to book for your customer. (add FAQ link to how to book)
