If You Haven’t Booked Yet
For pending bookings, simply reply to the approval email you received, and our team will assist you.
If You’ve Already Booked an Activity
To cancel a confirmed booking:
- Cancel the activity yourself via the app or desktop under ‘My Bookings’.
- Reply to the confirmation email (the one with your voucher) and send us the cancellation confirmation. This helps us keep track of your changes.
💡 Important: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Unfortunately, we can’t replace vouchers for missed activities or same-day cancellations.
If the Supplier Cancels the Experience
Sometimes, suppliers may need to cancel due to weather, sickness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:
Reply to the confirmation email with the cancellation notice so we know not to expect the content as agreed.
