API level and requirements
The GetYourGuide API lets you pull GetYourGuide tour content into your own website or app. Depending on the access level, you can show anything from a basic tour teaser (key info, images, ratings, prices) to full tour details, options, live availability, and, in some cases, create bookings through your platform.
Here's a breakdown of the available API access levels and the eligibility criteria for each.
Important information
All partners must have a technical team or capability to integrate with the GetYourGuide API. We cannot guarantee full technical onboarding support.
Levels of API access and requirements
1) Basic (Teaser) API access
Features
- Tour info: key description (About this activity)
- Images, ratings, and prices
Requirements
- Minimum 100,000 monthly visits (websites) or 50,000 total downloads (apps)
2) Reading API access
Features
- Tour info: full descriptions
- Image, rating, and base price
- Tour options and availability
Requirements
- Minimum 1 million visits (monthly traffic)
- At least 300 monthly bookings (for partners who already have Basic API access)
3) Masterbill API access
Features
- Tour info: full descriptions
- Image, rating, and base price
- Tour options and availability
- Make booking (you act as the merchant of record) with monthly billing
Requirements
