Why use the report:
- Keep track of your bookings, their status, and potential income.
- Understand what activities your customers are booking and when they travel.
- Find out which campaign generated the booking.
- Understand your audience – learn more about where your travelers come from and how many people are traveling.
- Insight: Commission is paid only after the traveler attends the activity.
How to read our reports:
Our Booking Reports are divided into two main sections.
Upper Section - Filters and Potential Income:
Filters Simplified:
- Booking date: Date the booking was made (keep it on "anytime")
- Travel date: Date the traveler will attend the activity.

Status: status of the booking
- Completed: Once a traveler attends the activity (i.e., the travel date is in the past), the commission is added to your next payout.
- Pending: If the activity hasn’t occurred yet (i.e., the travel date is in the future), the commission is held until completion.
- Canceled: Commission is not paid out if the booking is canceled.
- Country: Country where the activity takes place.
- City: City where the activity takes place.
- Category: The nature of the activity (e.g., ticket or tour).
- Campaign: Identifies the campaign that generated the booking. You can access your summarized campaign performance in the campaigns report.
- Traveler origin: The traveler's billing address country.

- Bookings reference number: identification code for bookings.
Download report:
- Click the three vertical dots (top right corner).
- Select "Download."
- Choose the desired format.
Notifications:
- Click on the user icon in the top right corner after logging in.
- Select "Notifications" from the menu.
- Edit or delete notification and assign specific email addresses by selecting:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly statistics: Stay in the loop with visitor, booking, and conversion rate updates.
