Where can I find the proof of payment or customer voucher?

The proof of payment and voucher are not displayed or uploaded to your partner account. But it’s easy to find them. 
Customer voucher and the proof of payment are included in the customer booking confirmation email that is sent as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
In order to find the booking confirmation email please follow the instructions below. 


Booking made recently
If you have recently or just made the booking, please follow these steps:

  • The confirmation email is sent to the email address that was entered in the billing details.
  • Please make sure that you check the correct inbox (email address), as you might use different email addresses during your working day.
  • If you cannot find the customer booking confirmation in your inbox instantly after making the booking, please check your spam folder

If you find the email, please open it and download/print the voucher or scroll down to “Your Receipt” and click on “Download Receipt”.

Booking made some time or a long time ago
If you are looking for a booking confirmation that you made some time or a long time ago, please follow these steps:

  • Search your email inbox and spam folder for the subject “Your booking is confirmed - GYG” 
    As the confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase, it helps to remember the date of booking in order to narrow down the possible time range. 
  • The confirmation email is sent to the email address that was entered in the billing details.
  • Please make sure that you check the correct inbox (email address), as you might use different email addresses during your working day.

If you find the email, please open it and download/print the voucher or scroll down to “Your Receipt” and click on “Download Receipt”.
