How can I change or cancel my booking?

In order to manage your bookings, please visit our Customer Help Center
Please have the GYG booking reference number and PIN handy if you plan to cancel or reschedule a booking. You can find the required information along with the reschedule/cancellation policy on the customer voucher at bottom right under “Manage your booking”.


Reschedule your booking
If you need to reschedule your booking, please follow these steps:

  • Click on “Booking Management” > Reschedule Booking 
  • Insert the GYG booking reference and PIN and click “Submit”
  • You can now choose a new date and time for your activity and click “Submit change”. 
  • You will receive an automated email that confirms the new date/time of your booking. (If you don’t, please make sure to check the Spam folder.)
  • If the system does not allow you to self-cancel your booking or you don’t receive an email confirmation of  the cancellation, please visit our Customer Help Center and scroll down to the “Still need help?” section at the bottom and click on “Contact us”

Alternatively, you can also open the booking confirmation email in order to reschedule your booking.


Cancel your booking
If you need to cancel your booking please follow these steps:

  • Click on “Cancellation” > Cancel booking
  • Insert the GYG booking reference and PIN and click “Submit”
  • You will receive an automated email that confirms the cancellation of your booking (If you don’t, please make sure to check the Spam folder.)
  • If the system does not allow you to self-cancel your booking or you don’t receive  an email confirmation of  the cancellation, please visit our Customer Help Center and scroll down to the “Still need help?” section at the bottom and click on “Contact us”

Alternatively, you can also open the booking confirmation email in order to cancel your booking.

If you need to request an exceptional cancellation for a booking starting in less than 24 hours or a non-refundable booking, please visit our Customer Help Center and scroll down to the “Still need help?” section at the bottom and click on “Contact us”. Depending on the urgency of your request, call or write an email to our Care Support


Apply changes or add additional (required) information to your booking
If you need to apply changes other than rescheduling your booking(s), please click on Booking management in our Customer Help Center. Now choose a topic that fits the nature of your request (best) and follow the instructions.
